These terms apply to your use of the Perplexing World website and downloads made available through it. By using the site, you agree not to misuse it or interfere with its normal operation.

Website content

Unless stated otherwise, website text, artwork, branding, game material and other original content are owned by or licensed to Studio Gray Ltd. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

Game and launcher downloads

Early-access, alpha, test and unfinished builds may contain bugs, incomplete features or compatibility issues. You should keep appropriate backups and only run downloads on systems you are authorised to use. Do not present modified or unofficial copies as official Perplexing World releases.

Availability

We may update, replace, suspend or remove website content, game builds or launcher downloads without notice. Development-stage labels are descriptive and do not promise a particular release date.

Third-party links

Links to services such as Discord and Twitch are provided for convenience. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Liability

The site and development-stage downloads are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
